For Orders Below ₹500: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply).
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather or public holidays.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
5. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes.

You can return products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

8. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

9. What are the refund options?
Refund to Original Payment Method: Takes 5–7 business days after approval.
Store Credit: Instant credit to your account wallet upon approval.
10. Who pays for the return shipping?
For defective/damaged products or incorrect orders, we bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to other reasons, a nominal return fee may apply.
11. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are possible for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
